Group Strength & Conditioning

6 days/ week. Morning and evening.

These small‑group fitness classes (up to 15 people) combine barbell work, conditioning and functional movements to build strength, fitness and confidence. Every day is a different fitness workout, coached and scaled to your level, so there’s no boring routine and no two sessions are ever the same.

If you’ve done CrossFit‑style training before, this will feel familiar – think strength work (cleans, deadlifts, squats, presses) followed by higher‑intensity conditioning pieces using kettlebells, dumbbells, assault bikes, rowers, climbing ropes and more. The Workout of the Day is written on the board, and members are encouraged to track their scores and progress over time.

High energy. Lots of sweat. Good laughter. All fitness levels and abilities welcome.

Olympic Lifting.

6pm Thursdays.

Our Olympic Lifting class offers focused, high quality training in a supportive small group environment. Led by Specialised, qualified coaches, each session is designed to improve your technique, strength and confidence in the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. Whether you’re a beginner or refining your form, our expert guidance ensures you train safely and effectively.

No bookings essential.

In summer with Daylight saving times, Saturday morning classes change from 9.30am to 8.30am. Beat the heat!
