      <image:caption>Tobias Keene, D.D.S. Hailing from Richmond, Virginia, Dr. Tobias Keene brings a bit of unabashed Southern hospitality to all his patients. He moved to Washington, D.C. over thirty years ago as a freshman at Ivy College. Right after graduation, he attended World University’s School of Dentistry. Before opening Keene Dental in 1994, he worked for free clinics and some of the finest practices in the District. He is part of the 123 Dental Association and stays up-to-date on the latest dental discoveries. When not striving to keep his patients happy and healthy, he’s enjoys hiking with his family in Rock Creek Park.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Chris Gale established Kenko, Sunbury, in 2013 after completing his Certificate 3 &amp; 4 in Fitness and accomplishing CF- L 1 (CrossFit Level 1). Having a strong interest in human movement and the sports science behind programming, he is now successfully runs a box helping members with their personal goals. After having brain surgery in 2013, he has the most profound understanding of personal struggles, endurance and grit to archive athletic goals. Constantly, studying and upskilling his knowledge to become a better coach. He has completed his CF-L3 CCFT (CrossFit Level 3) in 2022 and recently published a book with all his fitness programming over the years. The book “1600 WODS” by Chris Gale has become a world wide hit with a second book released “Just One more WoD…” Chris is has completed a Bachelor of Nutrition, Latrobe University in 2024. He now is working with CrossFit athletes, Olympic weightlifters and power lifters achieving their nutrition goals and providing valuable advise for better performance. Chris Gale coaches any one from the beginners who want to start their fitness journey to the ones who want to compete at a more serious level. Having successfully bringing clients to win CrossFit competitions state wide.       <image:caption>These small‑group fitness classes (up to 15 people) combine barbell work, conditioning and functional movements to build strength, fitness and confidence. Every day is a different fitness workout, coached and scaled to your level, so there’s no boring routine and no two sessions are ever the same. If you’ve done CrossFit‑style training before, this will feel familiar – think strength work (cleans, deadlifts, squats, presses) followed by higher‑intensity conditioning pieces using kettlebells, dumbbells, assault bikes, rowers, climbing ropes and more. The Workout of the Day is written on the board, and members are encouraged to track their scores and progress over time. High energy. Lots of sweat. Good laughter.
